Backed by Quanta Services, we are introducing a structured and practical approach to using AI across our business. This is not about replacing the work you do, it’s about equipping you with better tools.
Valard is officially adopting Claude Enterprise as our primary AI tool for workplace use. As part of this rollout, employees are expected to stop uploading Valard/Quanta information into other AI platforms.
Access to Claude Enterprise will be provided through participation in AIQ training. AIQ is a learning platform designed to help you understand and apply AI in your day-to-day work. Developed by Rob Brown, who recently joined us from Allteck as the Director of AI & Business Transformation, it teaches you how to use AI safely, practically, and effectively.

Who is doing this? Rob Brown will be hosting AIQ Office Hours every two weeks, offering live demos, Q&A sessions, and opportunities to provide feedback. Calendar invites will only be shared with those who have logged in.
A few things to keep in mind as we roll out AIQ training across the company:
- This is voluntary: AIQ is an opportunity, not an obligation—explore it when you’re ready.
- It’s self-pace: The first tier takes approximately one hour to complete.
- It’s evolving: Content will continue to grow, and your feedback will help shape what comes next.
