Employee Referrals

At Valard we know that “Good People Know Good People”. We invite current employees to refer someone who would be a good fit our team directly to any open position.

How to Submit a Referral

Sign Up / Sign In

Visit the Referrals portal to access the job referral dashboard.

Search, Filter, Scroll

Find the job for which you'd like to refer someone.

Refer

Click Refer to get started.

Add Details

Upload a resume or candidate details manually.

Finalize the Referral

You'll be prompted to answer a few basic questions about the candidate and click Submit Referral to send the candidate to the hiring team for review, along with all your notes.

Please Note

If you select Yes for "Do they know they are being referred?", the person being referred will automatically receive a notification email letting them know about the referral. The email contains your name, the job title, the company name, and the location.

Know the Job Requirements

To increase your referral's chances of being considered, make sure their background and experience match the job description.

Provide Complete Information

Include as much relevant information as possible about the candidate’s skills and experience. Uploading a resume will ensure that the hiring team has all the needed information about the referred candidate.

Clarify the Referral Process

Discuss and clarify with your referral how they will be submitted in the system.
