I am pleased to announce a key organizational change at Valard Construction. Effective immediately, Dave Robb has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Dave will oversee all operations, focusing on enhancing efficiency, optimizing costs, and strengthening our workforce development. He will also play a vital role in advancing our operational systems, processes, and tools as we prepare for the exciting opportunities ahead.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Dave has established himself as a results-driven leader dedicated to operational excellence. His hands-on approach and deep expertise ensure the seamless execution of projects while reinforcing our commitment to safety, efficiency, and quality. 

The next five years will bring significant growth for Valard, with major infrastructure projects and expansions across Canada and the US. These developments will position Valard for new heights of success.

Leadership Reporting Structure:

• Dave Torgerson and Bruce Scott—along with their teams—will report directly to Dave Robb.
• Steve Sousa (Customers, Indigenous, Brand & Commercial), Rob Beard (Finance), Guillame Vachon (Quebec), Shilo Neveu (Safety), and Carly Giesbrecht (Human Resources) will continue reporting directly to me.
