The intent of this communication initiative is to better connect field and office employees as a digital headquarters—streamlining communication, improving productivity, and fostering engagement.

To help you navigate the site, we’ve also created a navigation video providing a detailed walkthrough.
Please note the site will continue to evolve as Valard grows, and we encourage your feedback to help us make it even better.
In connection with the Employee Website, we are also rolling out Valard lanyards with quick-reference cards. These cards include key information such as the Quanta Mission, Human Performance Principles, and a QR code linking directly to the Employee Website.
We encourage everyone to share this news with field teams, bookmark the website, and have your lanyards handy. If you or your team have not yet received lanyards, please coordinate with the Communications Team to have them sent to you.
